📦 Need to Return or Exchange Something?
No stress. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to reach out to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be:

Unworn or unused

In its original packaging

💔 Something Wrong With Your Order?
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or just not what you expected — please let us know right away. We want to make it right, and your satisfaction truly matters to us.
Simply email support@masoncoy.com or contact us and (if possible) include a quick photo — we’ll take care of the rest.
💳 When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an update. If everything looks good, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that some banks or card providers may take a little longer to post the refund on your end.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the refund, just email support@masoncoy.com or contact us — we’ll look into it right away.
